We had a great family reunion here! The staff's attentiveness made our visit special, particularly their help accommodating my elderly parents. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. Note that room service needs to be requested, so plan ahead. Would return for the warm hospitality!

During our recent stay, we really loved how close the Valdosta Mall was, just a short 500 meters away, making shopping a breeze, and enjoyed strolling through the beautiful Crescent Gardens, which is only almost 4 km from the hotel, giving us a perfect spot to unwind after exploring the city.

Clean common areas with well-maintained facilities. The spacious rooms had comfortable beds, although they need some upgrades. The pool area provided a refreshing escape after a long journey.

The air conditioning didn't keep the room cool enough, which made it less comfortable during the night. There were also issues with noise from the corridor that disrupted our sleep at times. Some rooms had strange odors, which was off-putting, and cleanliness wasn't up to par with my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

The location near restaurants is convenient, and the friendly staff made me feel welcome. However, the room showed signs of neglect, such as outdated decor and cleanliness issues, including crumbs and hair. Breakfast service was confusing, and there was limited menu choice, but the overall value left something to be desired.
